<FORM> handling, KOI8-R encoding
Form input test, button names must be in KOI8-R encoding, check it.
If your browser
asks for file downloading instead of page displaying, it can't handle
Content-Type: type; charset=name
in HTTP header, tune your browser properly or send bug report to
its development team.
