How to setup WinVN news agent for KOI8-R

1. Change all fonts to KOI8-R ones via Config|Fonts.
2. WinVN has no user interface for changing default MIME type for 8bit messages, so take any text editor (f.e. notepad), go to WinVN directory, find WinVN.ini file, find

   [Attachments]

   section there and change or add

   MIMECharset=KOI8-R
   

   line. Of course, it plays role only when you turn MIME on.

You can ask The WinVN Development Team to add user interface to change default MIME charset for 8bit messages.
